life in the country...

So off I toddled for a few days rest and recuperation in the country with Jim and Cesar. We started out with lunch at the Cotton Patch, just look at the fabulous view.

We then got down to the serious business of trying out all the scary things in Halloween Spirit. I found myself a new beau but he's not saying much..!!

Not sure what to say about Jims...

Look what we found in Hobby Lobby...Yup my sprays...

Shame I broke the packaging lol.

This was waiting in my room when I got to the ranch...

And of course I had to have a go in the vibrating bed. I didnt want to get out I tell you.

Ooohb Pei Wei makes a change from my steak and broccoli...tonight I had chicken and broccoli, lol

I stocked up in fabric in Joannes.

And I taught Jim how to sew...

 and Cesar

Look what they made for my bed...!!

After tons and tons of laughs and fun, it was time for another handover, back to Carolyns to spend her birthday with her.

We ended the night with a steak dinner ( of course ) and a little two stepping..

They dared me to have a go on the mechanical bull, which of course I accepted, but I only lasted two minutes before I broke it lol. Yup you heard me right , I broke the 20 yr old mechanical bull...!!

And then it was back to the airport for the next step of my journey. Look what I encountered when I got off the plane....do you think she is waiting for me??

More shennanigans tomorrow

Enjoy xx

Great blog post, the photos are wonderful, especially the one of Cesar, Jim & their excellent cushions. And the one of the Halloween store. And the one of that GORGEOUS fabric. :) I'm glad you took some time to relax & have fun.

What a great blog post! The cowboy life seems to suit you! It's great to see you looking so happy and relaxed, it must have done you the world of good.
I need to learn how to make an elephant out of towels like Cesar did. You never know when that might come in handy!

Not sure you have enough material a girl can't really have too much so make sure that your case is really really full - shame about the bull but what a way to go x
