I want to wish a very happy birthday to my younger son Tom, who is 28 today, we went out for food last night which is why I was late doing the challenge drawing. Here he is with his daughter Maisie, the most beautiful grand daughter in the world. She had recorded a voice message into her birthday card for him. What a gorgeous memory to be able to hear again and again. I have four children, 2 boys 2 girls and I love them all to bits, and equally, but he is my favourite youngest son, lol.
Plus.... that genius gentleman crafter has been up to his old tricks again and created THE most fabulous work of utter genius..... I am beyond words.....
To see more please go to his blog HERE and leave him some love, don't forget tell him Dyan sent you, and is sending big snogs, lol. Well we made him blush last time so we can try again, lol
And because it's Sunday and I am feeling yee hah, if you fancy winning a copy of my bool, leave me a comment and we will pull a winner.

ReplyDeletewhat fabulous work your blog readers produce!
ReplyDeleteFabulous journalling and all so different ! Love that decorated vehicle !!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your journals, but seeing you use all these inks raises a question. I love using spray inks in my journal but every time I do the liquid bleeds through to other pages and ruins them. I use 2 to 3 coats of Gesso on every page but it still bleeds through. Am I doing something wrong or is there nothing I can do to stop it? The last time this happened to me the paint on another page got wet and ended up making the pages stick together, I didn't know this had happened so when I opened the page it ended up ripping. It was bad enough that I almost quit using inks, but haven't yet. Hoping to figure out a way to use them without this happening. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteWOW your students are learning fast and they have your style left to right. Love your Art, I wish I can go to one of your workshops one day. Beautiful!!!
